MALCOLM HOPCRAFT

Malcolm is a highly creative, versatile artist with a wealth of experience and has worked in a wide range of disciplines that include stonemasonry, boat building and joinery.

He has a Degree in 3 dimensional Design specializing in Furniture and has been working in wood for 30 years he now has a permanent base in the French Pyrenees where he makes both bespoke furniture and sculpture using locally resourced materials.

In addition to his own work, Malcolm works on joint projects with his wife Donna and other local artisans.

Bespoke art work does not need to be expensive. Simple, effective and practical solutions can be made according to the customers requirements. If you are interested in having something made to your specification no matter how large or small, please take the opportunity to discuss this with us, without obligation.

Once measurements and visual references have been exchanged; prelimary sketches are made and approximate costs are given. After finalizing the design work according to the client’s demands, further detailed drawings are made and a deposit of 30% is accepted.

For larger design projects a additional agreed fix fee is charged for the design work.
